     1. DEADLIFT KARNE KA TREEKA 

Deadlift ek compound exercise hai .ab hum janenge iss Exercise ka treeka .  

1. Iske liye apko sabse pehle 7ft ki barbell leni hogi aur usme apni strength ke hisab se weight dalna hoga. 

2.  apko road ke bilkul bich mai khada hona hoga aur apne leg ka gap apne shoulders ke barabar rakhna hoga 👇 photo mai dekh sakte hai ap 👇                      

3. Isme apko barbell ko jitna apne legs ka gap hoga usse bahar se pakadna hai.

 4. apko barbell ko uthakr uper anna hoga aur jab niche jayenge tab weight ko floor pe touch karke uper aayenge isse apki Puri body ko strength milegi.👇


5. Aur ek baat dhayan rahe ki jab ap barbell ko uthaye toh pura sidha khade hona aur jab niche Jana hai toh apki back bend nahi honi chahiye aur apka hips jitna ap piche le ja sakte hai lekar jayenge

2. DEADLIFT EXERCISE KE SETS AUR REPS

Deadlift ke apko 3-4 sets karne hoge 10-15 reps karne honge


         3. DEADLIFT KARNE KE FAYDE

Iss Exercise ko karne se apko bahut fayde hai jaise 👇

1. Apki body ka fat jaldi kam hotta hai isse aur apki strength badti hai kyoki ye compound exercise hai. 

2. Iss exercise se apka body ka posture bhi thik hotta hai. iss exercise mai sare muscle ka use hotta hai jinme body ka posture depend hotta hai

3. Deadlift exercise se apke harmones bhi badte hai jaise testasterone harmones jo hamari body ki muscle ko badata hai aur weight kam karne ke liye bhi help karta hai usme badhotri atti hai.

4. Deadlift apke hamstering, glutes , legs ke bich ke fat ko bahut jaldi kam karta hai aur apko lower back injury se bhi bachati hai ye exercise.

  4. DEADLIFT EXERCISE SE KONSE            MUSCLE KAAM KARTE HAI 👇

1 Quadriceps --  Deadlift se sabse pehle apka quadriceps muscle kaam karta hai jisko front thigh bolte hai agar jiske jada fat hai front thigh pe toh vo deadlift exercise ko jarur kare.

2. Hamstering -- Deadlift se hamare hamstering muscle bhi kaam karta hai jo glutes ke niche hotta hai vaha pe females ke jaldi fat atta hai toh unko mai jarur bolunga iss Exercise ko jarur kare jaldi fat burn hoga aur fat khatam hoga.

3. Solues -- ye muscle hamare calf mai hotta hai aur iss muscle pe bhi dead lift kaam karti hai. Ye muscle hamara ghutno ke niche hotta hai hamstering ke piche .

4. biceps aur triceps --  Iss Exercise ko karte time sabse jada hamare biceps , triceps aur forearms muscle ka sabse jada use hotta hai isliye mai apko suggest karunga ki iss Exercise ko ap apne biceps triceps wale din kare isse apka biceps ka size bhi jaldi badega.

             


          

 5. DEADLIFT KISKO KARNA CHAHIYE AUR KISKO NAHI KARNA CHAHIYE
