    1. LOWER BACK PAIN KYO HOTI HAI

VITAMIN D - dosto back pain honne ka sabse badi vajah hai vitamin D ki kami se ye hotta hai iss vitamin ki kami se back hi nahi aur bhi bahut muscle mai hmme pain hotta hai .


CALCIUM - calcium se bhi hamare back muscle hi nahi aur bhi bahut bones ke uper iska asar atta hai agar calcium ki kammi hotti hai toh hamare ghutne ke joint bhi pain hotte hai.
