FULL DAY DIET PLAN
Morning -- khali stomach
honey water 1 table spoon garam pani mai mix karke lege ap isko . Isse apki immunity achi rahegi aur digestion acha rahega kyoki jab ap muscle mass bada rahe hotte hai toh apka digestion level acha rehna chahiye.
BREAK FAST
non veg -1. 3 eggs half fry omlette ke sath 2-3 slice Brown bread lege .
2. 4 eggs white yolk ke sath aur 2 brown bread pe peanut butter lagakar lege.
Aur agar ap vegetarian hai toh
1. 38gms oats 20gms paneer aur 3 brown bread
2. 50gms daliya . Kalla channa aur Soya bean 20-20 gms raat ko pani mai bhigo kar rkhege aur usko morning mai khayege daliya ke sath.
Ab apke pass 2 option hogaye vegetarian breakfast ke liye.
ASSISTANT LUNCH
Assistant lunch jo ki lunch ke 1:30 ghante pehle hotta hai aur breast fast ke 1:30 baad hotta hai. Isme ap = 1 boil potato aur 1 banana khayenge Ye apke carbohydrates ki need puri karega.
NON VEGETARIAN LUNCH
Chicken 100gms isko ap 1 spoon oil mai banayege aur sath mai 200gms boil rice mai mix karke lege.
VEGETARIAN LUNCH
100gms paneer lege ap aur uski bhurji banayege 1 spoon oil mai aur 200gms rice lege aur ap vegetarian diet khaye ya non vegetarian Diet hari sabji bhi mix kar sakte hai.
15-20 min baad ap lassi bhi le sakte hai
EXERCISE KARNE SE PEHLE DIET
ap subha ya sham kbhi bhi apni exercise karte hai jo sabse acha pre workout apke liye hai 2 chapati jo bilkul patli hogi uske uper ap peanut butter lagaoge aur khaoge ya fir potato ap boil karke le sakte hai dahi mai mix karke .( Ye apko help karege acha workout perform karne mai )

Jab ap exercise krke atte hai jo log protein lette hai vo 1 scoop protein lege 100gms rice lege aur 1 glass pani lege inn teeno ko mix karege aur ye khayege kyoki workout ke baad carbs humme pehle lene chahiye jisse Apki recovery jaldi ho sake. Iske 20-25 mins baad ap 4-5 eggs lene hoge
DINNER
Raat mai apko boil dal , white paneer 50gms ya fir boil vegetables ke sath boil dal le sakte hai .kyoki ye ek casein hai raat ko jab ap soyege tab apki muscle ko recovery karne mai apko help karega .
SONE SE PEHLE DINNER KE 1:30 KE BAAD .
1 glass milk mai ek haldi ka tukda isko ap piyege ye ek bahut acha antibiotics hai .
